Q: What is a Remote Area (ODA) and how is that going to affect my shipment?

A: Remote areas are areas designated by the courier company as outside the city and additional charges are imposed for the service. Click here to search for Remote Area (ODA) The shipping charges displayed in your order record will not include additional remote area charges if there is any. You will be contacted by email to seek your approval whether to proceed with the express shipment or not if your area is designated as remote area.
