Q: What is your Return policy?

A: The goods that are delivered to customer are packed in the manufacturer standard of sterile packaging sealed in standard box. For any reason, the customer can return the goods delivered provided the box is still unopened and goods are in the standard sterile packaging intact. A replacement will be made for goods return within 14 days from the date of order. However, shipping and handling charges are non refundable and to be borne by the customer. Please contact our customer service for full procedures of goods return and replacement.
